HEALTH
Processing Assistant III (Bilingual) (Salary Grade
57 - ($9.9587 per
hour) High school diploma or GED; supplemented by one (1) or two (2)
years previous experience and/or training involving office or
secretarial work; or an equivalent combination or education, training,
and experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Public Health Dental Assistant (Salary Grade 59 - ($10.7798 per
hour) Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program. An
equivalent combination of education and experience.

Water Technician I (Salary Grade 62 - ($12.1394 per hour))
Possession of a grade "C" State Operator Certification issued by the
North Carolina Department of Environment, Health, and Natural Resources
within 2 years.

EMERGENCY
SERVICES
Emergency
Medical Technician/Paramedic (Salary Grade 64 - ($13.1399 per hour))
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by vocational/technical
training as a Paramedic and 36 hours of continuing education for EMT-P
certification; supplemented by one (1) to two (2) years previous
experience and/or training involving emergency medical work; or an
equivalent combination, training and experience.

EMS Training Officer / Asst. Medical Director (Salary Grade
72 - ($37,520 - $43,960 per year)) NC Paramedic Level I
Instructor, Associates degree in Emergency Medical Science or related
field desirable, NC State Certified Paramedic. ACLS, BTLS, and PALS /
Peep Instructor Qualification. Minimum of (5) years of experience
in most all phases of an EMS program, five (5) years experience as an
EMT, three (3) years experience functioning in a Training Officer role,
and five (5) years experience working with EMS Volunteers, first
responders and Volunteer Fire Departments.
